Verfahren für Zugang, Löschung, Widerspruch und/oder Berichtigung

In accordance with Law 15/99, Organic, on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD), we inform you that you have the right to access, delete, object to and correct your personal information that you transmit to us in any way:

or by mail to:
Birgit Babucke, Apartado 72, E-07840 Santa Eulalia, with the subject line: "Privacy Policy" and the accompanying documents that prove your identity, such as: a copy of the identity card.

You have the right to know the status of your data, to know the nature of the processing, where it has been obtained, to change it if you believe it to be incorrect, or if it no longer conforms to the current reality because it has changed or even wholly erase it as long as current legislation allows it.

In order to exercise the aforementioned rights, the request must contain the following items:

• Surname and first name of the person concerned, accompanied by a photocopy of the identity card (or other valid document identifying the applicant). In the case of acts on behalf of someone or a legal entity, photocopy the document certifying such representation.
• Request on which the request is based or supported.
• Specification of an address for notification purposes.
• If applicable, documents certifying the basis of the request.

Such request shall be made by all means capable of proving the transmission and receipt of the request.
